- ➤ Howard Hughes began breaking ground on the Echo Community Center in Teravalis to create a new hub for Buckeye residents. The 22,000 square foot center will open in 2027 with a community event set for Nov. 15—offering a gym, dog park, water park, and pickleball courts. West Valley View
