  • ➤ Buckeye City Council approved a new Parks and Recreation Master Plan on June 16 that has 127 ideas to improve parks, build new ones near schools, and link trails between Skyline Regional Park and White Tank Mountain Regional Park over the next 10 years. Community Services Deputy Director Robert Wisener said the plan updates the 2016 version and meets key needs like pools, fitness, and outdoor programs — local groups also voiced support.  West Valley View
