- ➤ The Buckeye City Council approved the tentative budget on May 20, setting a maximum spending authority of $819.7M for FY26— the final budget will be reviewed on Tuesday, June 3, and take effect on July 1. The budget increases FY25 spending by $133M, funds $437.5M for capital outlay, and authorizes 962.35 full-time positions. West Valley View
