- ➤ Youngker High School earned its first A+ School of Excellence ranking from the Arizona Educational Foundation after a 56-page application and a campus visit that included student interviews; the award, which lasts until 2029, was celebrated at a May 1 rally attended by nearly all of its 2,000 students and community leaders—marking a historic milestone for the school.
