- ➤ Governor Katie Hobbs signed House Bill 2765, which will expand tuition help for community college students earning bachelor’s degrees in education through the Arizona Teachers Academy. The law, sponsored by Litchfield Park Rep James Taylor (District 29), will take effect 90 days after the legislative session to help reduce teacher shortages. West Valley View
