- ➤ Marketplace at Heritage West is a new 19-acre shopping center under construction along Miller and Broadway roads in Buckeye and will open in summer with more than 163,000 square feet for shops and dining—several tenants including Swig and Black Rock Coffee have signed leases. The center is anchored by Fry’s Grocery store and a gas station and will benefit from an expanded Miller Road that adds a lane in each direction—funded by a voter-approved bond.
