- ➤ Morris Gary Hibbitt, an Avondale security supervisor, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a female inmate at a Phoenix correctional facility—he abused her in her living quarters—and was sentenced on April 14 to 13 months in prison and 10 years of supervised release—he must also register as a sex offender.
